

I’m Ashley Renee, founder of BottomLine Reset™.
I work with people who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed, yet find that under pressure, intensity starts to crowd out importance. Decisions get rushed, delayed, or avoided. Energy gets scattered. Life begins to feel reactive instead of intentional.
My work isn’t about fixing stress or eliminating discomfort. It’s about restoring access to choice when things are hard. I train psychological flexibility — the ability to stay present, recover more quickly, and act in alignment with what matters, even when emotions, urgency, or uncertainty are loud.
This work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and years of real-world experience supporting people through burnout, decision fatigue, over-functioning, and life transitions, without turning their experience into a diagnosis.
